These terms govern the use of the productized development services offered at shipin72.com (referred to as "ShipIn72," "the Service," "we," or "us"). By purchasing any tier of service through one of our Stripe payment links, you ("the Client") agree to these terms.
ShipIn72 is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada. The Service is delivered solo, end to end. You can reach us at hello@shipin72.com.
We offer fixed-price productized development tiers:
The exact deliverables, timeline, and revision count for each tier are described on the homepage and apply at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed by Stripe. ShipIn72 does not see, store, or handle your card details. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
For recurring tiers (Maintenance Retainer), Stripe charges your card automatically each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime through the customer portal link we send after your first payment.
Delivery times start when you have sent the materials we need to begin work (typically a brief Loom describing the core flow, plus any required access, credentials shared securely, or source code for rescue tiers). The clock pauses if we are waiting on you for clarification, materials, or feedback during a revision round.
For all build tiers (MVP, Rebuild, Quick Fix, Landing Page, Business Website), you receive:
You own all intellectual property in the delivered work outright, with no ongoing license fee, royalty, or dependency on ShipIn72. We retain no copy of your code beyond what is needed to complete delivery and the support period.
We treat your idea, code, and access credentials as confidential by default. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything sensitive. Ask for one in your first email and we will sign promptly.
We promise to deliver work that meets the scope agreed at purchase. If the first delivery does not, here is what happens:
This guarantee covers work that does not match the agreed scope. It does not cover scope changes you make after the build starts (those become a separate engagement) or business outcomes that depend on factors outside the delivered work (marketing, market fit, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of ShipIn72 to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant tier. ShipIn72 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
You agree not to use the Service to build anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or in violation of third-party rights. We reserve the right to decline a project before work begins if it falls outside what we are comfortable building.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be brought in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Changes apply to purchases made after the change date; existing engagements are governed by the terms in effect when you paid.
