The fixed scope is auth + billing + one core flow + deploy. Anything beyond that is Tier 2 retainer or a second Tier 1 buy.
What if I don't like it?
You see live progress on Day 2 morning. If we're not aligned, we course-correct then. If the final delivery on Day 3 isn't usable, you get a full refund.
Do I own the code?
